Think the weather in LA is getting hot? Apparently, so is the rental market. Los Angeles is well on its way toward becoming the least affordable city in the United States. A new study from the University of Southern California's Lusk Center for Real Estate projects that Los Angeles County rents will climb a whopping 8.2% by 2016.
